UK passports can be obtained directly through HM Passport Office without paying our additional private service fee. Our fees are separate from HM Passport Office fees and are for private administrative assistance, document checking, application preparation, submission support and consultancy services.

Service scope

We provide private administrative assistance, document checking, application preparation, submission support and consultancy services. Additional UK passports are issued at the sole discretion of HM Passport Office and approval is not guaranteed. Our fees cover our services only and are not refundable on the basis of an HM Passport Office decision.
